Closes #371. Closes #372. Closes #325. Closes #363

  • Re-adds the ability for town members to claim vacant plots
    • New privilege to support this: CLAIM_PLOT
    • New action log also added
  • Refactors town object and adds a simple internal json migration system
  • Fixed two bugs with placeholders
  • Armor stands now require CONTAINER OPEN to take/add stuff to
  • Doors now only require BLOCK INTERACT to open/close

Future todo:

  • Town setting for setting a plot price
  • Weekly plot upkeep, similar to the above.
