Allows you to toggle on/off features from the Wind Waker Randomizer, without any randomization!

Hopefully the last pre-release.

What's new:

  • Added options for turning while grappling, song replays, intro video, faster ballad of gales.
  • Including a New Game+ ready save file (put in \Documents\Dolphin Emulator\GC\USA\Card A)
