Travis will now set MWORGBEE to the password for the WikiApiary bot account on MediaWiki.org
If there is no password available let the connection to the wikis get setup, but do not attempt to login. This will allow all unit tests that do not write to still succeed, and then we can try to detect the state we are in and skip unit tests that may require writing (and limit them as much as possible).
Currently doesn't build but pulling in @apexkid changes.
This now works all the way through. Tests pass, edit to MediaWiki.org is confirmed. Closes #90.
Mark as minor. Add a summary that is helpful to editors, with links. The edit should be marked as a bot but isn't for some reason, going to ignore that.
