Allow actions on multiple courses of a campaign at once

Current Behavior:

Can access only one course at a time

Desired Behavior:

Add a checkbox near the course name to select multiple courses of a campaign, and when clicked the show(button) would show details of selected courses as shown for an individual course shown currently
