-Internalised al of the Response classes and API constructors and configuration. -Renamed ScraperBase to ServiceBase. -Made fetching Artwork in GetSeries option, use the IncludeArtwork flag on GetSeries to fetch the most popular Artwork. -Moved QueryEpisodes to EpisodesService. -Added Package Notes, Tags, copyright and Repo Url.
