Awwwards is a platform that allows developers to submit their projects/applications to be rated based on design, usability and content. Developers are also able to see other developers' profile and projects. Each day, the project with the highest average score is featured on the landing page.

To clone this repository locally, type the following command on your terminal.
If using HTTP keys, type:
https://github.com/Williamsoditi/Awwwards.git
If using SSH keys, then type:
git@github.com:Williamsoditi/Awwwards.git
On running the commands successfully, you should have a local version of this repository. Navigate to the target directory and open it with a prefered IDE :
- Create and activate a virtual environment
- Install the dependencies listed in the
requirements.txt
- Create a
.env
file. This will contain environment variables as listed in the.env
file. - Finally, run your app on
MODE='dev'
config for debugging purposes
- On running the application, type the following on the terminal;
python3 manage.py runserver
- To test the application;
python3 manage.py test
- To navigate to a local browser, Type this on a preferred browser:
127.0.0.1:5000
