This is the pre-release of VGenes.
VGenes is a graphical platform for biologists to manage, analyze, and clone their BCR/TCR repertoire data (either bulk or single-cell).
This software has both Mac version and Windows 10 version, please try it out and let us know your questions/comments/suggestions!

In this release, we:

  1. Developed a sequence match function for similarity of protein property
  2. Improved HTML alignment BCR function
  3. Improved search amd match function
  4. Fixed a few BUGs
