Wallet Crashes After Starting - Wincoin 4.0

I have been running the Wincoin 3.0 wallet for some time now. Unfortunately after upgrading the Wincoin wallet to 4.0 on my Debian 8 system the wallet fails to start correctly and crashes.

Looking at the debug.log I see a heap of these errors:-

ERROR: FetchInputs() : 8df14c3abf mempool Tx prev not found e843af1521

Any suggestions on how to get this wallet running?

Can you tell me how to upgrade the wincoin wallet 3.0 to wincoin 4.0.
I want to trade in the markets... and i need to upgrading so can transfer from the new wallet.
Or if you know how to transfer from wallet 3.0 to wallet 4.0...thank you
I would precciate any effor.
