This PR adds a github workflow for running unit tests as part of the CI process.

This was not deliberated, but this PR also adds support for using the WIRECLOUD_CATALOGUE_AUTH_TOKEN environment variable to provide the credentials for making the requests into the WireCloud catalogue when publishing components.
