1. Download this to your local computer and run the index.html file.
2. Grab your CSV of coursework data from Liaison.
3. Copy the text from the CSV and paste into input window 
4. Grab the output and putinto a new text file and give it the extension .decrypt
5. Upload to your Collegenet test score directory.
