Talent: Shadow Weaving: http://www.wow-mania.com/armory/?spell=15332

Your Shadow damage spells have a 100% chance to increase the Shadow damage you deal by 2% for 15 sec. Stacks up to 5 times.

Issue: The buff should be applied after a shadow spell is cast, its only applying to direct shadow damaging spells, Shadow Word: Pain or Vampiric Touch isnt aplying the buff.
