Describe the bug
Cannot parse IEXSaleConditionFlag.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Try to parse TOPS data from 2018-06-22 using library
There is lots of erros saying that IEXSaleConditionFlag cannot be parse: -112

Expected behavior
Should parse whole file without erros

Additional context
TOPS data 2018-06-22
