Do a manual install via the webbrowser and make the corresponding LocalSetting and mySQL dumps available to preload the test-wikis.

Handling the sql dump via Jinja fails with

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xcd in position 26525: invalid continuation byte
file -I *.sql
mwWiki127.sql: application/octet-stream; charset=binary
mwWiki131.sql: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Just remove Insert objectcache line which has binary content.
