Fix UI consistency of mods and plugins view
Fixed:
The mod manager and plugin manager view were quite inconsistent with the rest of the software (background color, margin size, iconified buttons, font style and color). They align now better with the native look and feel of the main and settings pages. Some clean up was done in the xaml files to reorganize the widget, remove some crust and hardcoded colors, without any visible effects.
This is a cosmetic change only.
