Comments
I have also faced the same issue in my Windows 11 system. |
Same on Ubuntu 22.04 |
Windows 11 with CUDA 11.7 same issue, doesn't detect anything |
The same problem. The docker installation working fine on CPU but on GPU does not.
|
I have the same issue on Ubuntu 20.04, CUDA 11.6 and pytorch 1.13 |
I have solution, just modify detect.py, find determine variable half, make half = False, change it on all condition |
@afcreative Is the problem the |
Maybe this is a temporary solution from me while waiting for the developer, edit detect.py and comment on the condition line " device.type != 'cpu' " along with the contents of the condition and set the variable half = False. I don't know for sure the impact of the detection process, what is certain is that I managed to do the detection with GPU: GTX 1660 Super. Here is one of these related pytorch issues (CMIIW): |
Is this a Yolo version specific problem? I'm new to the Yolo project and got into the issue. |
|
I have the same problem on Window 10, cuda 11.2 , cudnn 8.1 |
Hello, by using to load a model over this way:
|
Quick Fix My understanding is that it is a bug as @afcreative mention above pytorch/pytorch#58123 |
Thanks for the comment. @afcreative You saved my time! |
It seems to be working, but the resulted image has no object detection mapping on it, while it should have.
I read the readme to how to setup Yolo v7 on Docker, here's the full commands you should be able to reproduce my problem.
And this is the console output of the last command:
Now, I should be able to see the detections on the generated image
runs/detect/exp6/horses.jpg
, from the original imageinference/images/horses.jpg
, right? But I see the two images the same, no difference. What's wrong with the setup?Nvidia driver:
