Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have an ultrawide screen and the document/block properties sidebar area is a tiny squished area relative to the size of the screen and document.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to slide the vertical separator between the post and the document/block properties area so I can see the block and document properties better like Excerpt and some of the more complex blocks with lots of options. Or to be able to define the width somewhere if sliding is too much of a pain.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I haven't seen any alternatives.

Is this what you're suggesting, something like two sidebars for bigger screens?

Yup. Rather than have a fixed width for them, make them variable width or be able to change their size.

Whilst I can see potentially on a large screen this could be good, for now I would recommend a plugin could do this. As far as core, let's keep what have because in phase two explorations into layout will likely happen as customization comes in. Thanks for your suggestion and I would encourage thinking how any plugin could adapt and customize the experience like this. We should have more experiments in them.
