Describe the bug

In the Tables block:

  • Tables blocks does not allow selection of multiple cells (such as selecting a range to make formatting changes)

Present behavior: If I want to make the whole table boldface, I'd have to independently select text in one cell, apply the formatting, select next cell, etc.... one at a time.
Expected behavior: If I want to make the whole table boldface, I'd drag the mouse of the range of cells to create a selection.

I tested with WordPress 4.9.8 and Gutenberg 4.4 5a8c012de using Firefox 63.0.1 on macOS 10.13.6 and confirmed that I was unable to select multiple tables in a cell.
