I feel that the shortcode block should be able to transform into an HTML block.

In updating sites from WP4 the "Convert To Blocks" function (on the automatically loaded classic block) yields a lot of shortcode-type blocks since in WP4 I was relying heavily on shortcodes. However in most cases I want these to end up as HTML blocks. It's cumbersome to manually copy and paste the contents of the shortcode block to a new HTML block and then delete the shortcode block. It would be nice if they supported that transform.
