This is fairly self-explanatory. Any keyboard combo would do. esc seems like a natural fit here, but I know that is used for some keyboard navigation functions. Perhaps opt-esc or shift-esc, etc?

Would the notification type matter - warning, error, info? Or one for all?

I think one for all would be fine — if it's dismissible, the keyboard shortcut should remove it.
