Issue Overview

Link dialog doesn't show in Safari when caret within word.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. In Paragraph block
  2. Put caret within a word (don't select the word)
  3. Click the Link format
  4. Link dialog doesn't show

Expected Behavior

Link dialog shows as with Chrome and FireFox

Current Behavior

Link dialog doesn't show
