Image block: mobile alignment option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When aligning an image to the left or right, depending on the size of the image, it can result in poor text placement on smaller screen sizes.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great to have an option such as "center on mobile" (similar to the "stack on mobile" option for Media & Text block). So that the user can specify if the image should not be floated on smaller screens (as smaller images may not need this adjustment).

Describe alternatives you've considered

Sometimes I have used CSS with a media query to do this, but it would be useful for there to be a standard method that all themes could adopt for dealing with this kind of layout issue.

Thanks for the ping @paaljoachim ! This seems to be related to mobile web, is that correct @kristarella ?

If so, I'm afraid I'm not the best to offer help since I'm mostly focusing on the native apps and we're not re-using the layout defs (CSS, media-queries and similar) from the web. @gziolo might have a better idea who to reel in?
