GradientPicker low opacity when value is not set

Hi, I have checked the Gutenberg gradient picker I know it is still unstable but I have a problem.

Step-by-step reproduction:
it is obvious in its story just,
1- clear the gradient picker
2- select to create a control point

Expected behavior:
The gradient picker, color picker is opened and its opacity is 100%.

Actual behavior:
The gradient picker, color picker is opened but it is transparent and opacity is not 100%.

@amir2mi Thanks for reporting this! I'm wondering if this might be related to this issue: #30642 For now, labeling in case someone can take a look.

This does currently seem to be a problem specific to the Storybook story, since it doesn't happen in the editor sidebar (e.g. Cover block). It is worth further investigation though because it could mean the component is not sufficiently encapsulated.
