Description
Same site embeds looses floating toolbar on blur

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Create a new post (besides defaults Hello World).
  2. Copy that post's link.
  3. Edit "Hello World!".
  4. Add some paragraphs.
  5. Insert embed. Paste (2) link.
  6. Click on title or other paragraph.
  7. The embed toolbar disappears, and doesnt show again even clicking inside embed box.

Actual behavior
The embed toolbar disappears on blur.

I can reproduce this. The scrollbar does seem to appear as soon as the cursor is moved outside of the embed block after selecting it. There doesn't seem to be anything of relevance in the console.
