What problem does this address?

I see that if I add a color palette with 5 colors in global scope and only 1 color in block settings this block will have only the color I added in the settings, why not adding the possibility to also merge from the global scope, for example if in paragraph I want only change the primary color I have to copy/paste the entire color palette from the global scope and change only one color.

What is your proposed solution?

Maybe jsut add "merge-from-global": true or something like that somewhere in the file for allowing this behavior.
