Post terms block has confusing title in editor

Description

The post category and post tags blocks are both displayed in the editor with the same name "Post terms". This makes it difficult to know which block does which.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Go to the site editor and edit the "single" template
2. Insert the post categories block
3. Insert the post tags block
4. See what is displayed in the editor.

I think this should show the variation name rather than the generic "Post Terms" text.
