Add text alignment control to group block

What problem does this address?

Generally, when adjusting text alignment I want to apply the change to a group of paragraphs/headings/etc instead of just a single element. Currently, this requires selecting each individual block¹ and adjusting the text alignment, which is extremely tedious.

What is your proposed solution?

Add the text alignment control to the group block so text alignment can be easily adjusted in bulk.
