Duotones on Global styles

What problem does this address?

I need to set duotones for images through the Styles panel presets. The duotone panel is available, but for some reason, it is limited to some default color combinations entirely apart from my theme colors.
This is quite an elementary feature. I just noticed now that it is not included, and it's such a lost opportunity to leave things like that.

What is your proposed solution?

Make it work as the duotone panel works on the Editor, with editable Shadows and Highlights.
