In the pattern directory on wordPress.org, you can list the patterns you have created and also your favorites:
https://wordpress.org/patterns/favorites/

It would be nice to be able to import these to your WordPress site for ease of use.
Or if importing is not suitable, at least access your list of patterns from the pattern explorer, patterns screen or inserter.

Just adding here, that we have prior art for this in the theme installer, at /wp-admin/theme-install.php?browse=favorites

I like this idea, though I wish there was a better way to associate a .org username with a WordPress user account.
