Description

Pasting from the clipboard is inconsistent on Android. In some cases the option to paste is available when touching a text based block. In others the option to paste menu is not displayed or the only given option is the drag and drop control.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

Reproducing the issue is tricky but I've been able to do the following:

  1. Copy some text into the clipboard
  2. Start a new post
  3. Type some test in the initial paragraph block and press enter so a new paragraph is added below the first one.
  4. Try touching the first paragraph to open the "paste" menu

Expected behaviour

The paste menu should be displayed

Actual behaviour

The paste menu is not displayed or the only option is to drag and drop the paragraph
