Proposal
Add the PHP Code Sniffer to help us enforce WordPress Coding Standards.
Could run both locally and on a wp-env install.

I have an error running the
lintcomposer script, but not by issuing the equivalent command in my terminal:vendor/bin/phpcs --report=summary,source
