Restyle filter bar to reflect recent changes

Filter bar now displays on both the map page and list view, so we'll need to remove the original filters from the table. We'll also need to restyle the filters, including adjusting some input styling.

Please refer back to the prototypes in the topic/prototypes branch in the future. It doesn't look like we're using the markup that I created for the filterbar to have it styled correctly.
