Fixes issues with broken menus and interfaces. Fixes #35
Verified (and corrected if needed) all the Javascript file names in
main.js,main-authorize.jsandmain-device.js. Verified this fixes the issue described in Gitter and #35. Also clicked around a bit in the UI with chrome dev tools open to verify no other resources couldn't be found.
