wow here we go... talk about a basic instruction file.
Configurable options are located in config.dist.php. once you set your options save as config.php in the root directory along side your index.php.
You can also change settings via the database as you see fit. The included database.sql should be loaded and then deleted.
The default user/pass is admin/admin.
