Glass theme improvments

This make changes to the Glass Theme:

1. Replaced with Jupiter Icons(I think it suits the glass theme more, but paper lantern icons are available in a separate css file)
2. If icons are enabled, the position should not be strange now.
3. selection css just for fun :p. I don't really like the default browser blue color.

Hi, thanks for your contribution! I'll check it out soon.
I've been planning to add a form of Jupiter soon, so this should tie in nicely.

Removed netlify as it is no longer used. Now, there won't be any failed checks in near future.
