Wallet update to v1.0.13

This is a mandatory update for all nodes which introduces Segwit to the blockchain as well as lightning network compatibility. LN allows instant low fee transactions and is a major step towards achieving a true decentralized peer to peer medium of exchange.

It's very important to save a backup before updating.
