This PR add S2 corrections to Lone-S2 signals. The motivation is that we will probably use corrected S2 signal on top and bottom array to calculate the corrected area fraction top value. This will probably increase the rejection power of this cut against gas events.
Here is a plot from one background dataset, to varify the treemaker works.
