Helpful to test other implementations. Used for instance for go-xmssmt. Issue XMSS#5

Thanks! While the RFC allows for some flexibility in implementations with regards to key generation (i.e., implementations that do not match these test vectors may still be compatible), it is definitely useful to have a more robust way of comparing. |
