** Would be considered a bug by end users. **

Right now, when a user uses the QR scanner icon from the home screen, when scanning a QR code containing an XRPL destination (r-address, X-address) nothing happens. Scanning a destination only works from the "Send" flow.

I'm 100% positive this will result in a crazy amount of bug reports/questions. Users should just be able to scan without having to think about what they are scanning.

So: when a user scans a destination from the home screen scanner, route the user to the Send flow with the destination address (and tag if present, see #17 + #18) already prefilled.
