First public release.

Migrated from @XbyOrange/frontend private repository.

This version adds:

  • Add windows compatibility.
  • Exports only one binary, called "npm-file-link". Add options for linking all, unlinking all and checking.
  • Add option for help.
  • Add option for output version.
