LeanHRPT Decode is an easy to use tool for decoding and processing image data from remote sensing satellites. See the Usage page for quick start instructions.

In addition to decoding and basic false color compositing, LeanHRPT provides a suite of additional features enabling users to better utilize the satellite data. This includes features such as calibration of visible channels for more consistent results, geomanipulation (projection and map overlays), a flexible preset system, and a higher sensitivity in comparison with other software.

Presets are evaluated with muparser, allowing for custom composites and processing during runtime without the need to (re)compile the program. Combined with a real-time preview, it enables fast and easy experimentation with different advanced compositing methods and gives the user a unique opportunity to tweak the image to their own preference. You can read more about this feature on the Presets page.
