test.m: 主程序 我大概写了几句comment 
	strengthCell: 每个细胞十条connection的平均值

createLine.m:  计算每个connection始末两点所连直线
projPointOnLine.m: 将connection上的点投影到直线上

我跟原图稍微对比了一下 结果并不是很一致 需要的话你自己重新多画一些connection吧 记得存成灰度图 我的代码就做个参考
