场景是父级支持展开、但是不可以点击、子级可点击

可以先让 selectedId 受控，对于不可点击的项目在 onSelect 回调里拦截掉

缺点是样式让没有区分
对于这个单独设置的 selectable 的功能我们可以支持，作为新 feature
