That's easy, just summarize energies for each resonator by level (multipliied by health for actual energy):
Levels 1-8: 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000
Portal Energy is shown in portal info and IITC and it is useful to see it here too for better comparison and understanding the rules.
