Hi Xiao,
Thanks for your interests in our work.
Basically, the provided script run_ner_crf.sh includes all the
hyper-parameters to reproduce the results.
What you need to do is to setup the data and word embedding.
BTW, since there is some randomness in this training procedure, the results
are not always above 91% of F1 score.
But you can always expect 90%+ F1 scores.
