Implementation of video player.
Added a thumbnail display when a video file is loaded.
After loading a video file, the user can click on the thumbnail to play the video.
Added EPS file formats that can be loaded.
Added a setting to the Advanced Settings item.
Added tooltip text to the Advanced Settings item.
Added language setting, which allows changing the language of the application UI independent of the OS language.
By default, the application language is English.
Added error log output when an exception occurs at startup.
