Files in Every Folder

Folder 'Periodic_Solution' contains MATLAB codes and simulation files to generate and plot the periodic solutions of various two-process models;

Folder 'Terminal_Condition' contains MATLAB codes and simulation files to check the terminal condition of entrainment fot the discussion in Section 0.1 in the Appendix;

Folder 'Travelers' contains MATLAB codes and simulation files to simulate the entrainment cases of the transmidian traveler in Section 4.1;

Folder 'Shift_Workers' contains MATLAB codes and simulation files to simulate the entrainment cases of the night shift worker in Section 4.2.
