Bug description

Hide comment button patch in Fullscreen/Quick actions category doesn't hides comment button in the player.

Steps to reproduce

1. Patch YouTube with latest ReX patches and integrations
2. Enable Hide comment button patch located in settings/Fullscreen/Quick actions.
3. Play any video and go fullscreen
4. Check if comment icon on bottom left is hidden or not.
