Assets can be loaded in the of the template index page. This could be .js or .css files (like: jQuery, Bootstrap, Animate.css...) Assets can be configured in the template-setup page for each template individually. Assets can be globally managed (added, deleted...) in admin/includes/settings-assets.php. The Template overview should draw a list of all currently used assets within current template.
