This unblocks windows-latest builds that seem to have broken on github workflows at the previous commit. Commit selected is current top of tree.

Seems good, thanks! BTW, would it be a bad idea to use a branch name instead of specific commit? |

The trade off of using a branch name is that you'll never have repeatable builds and would be subject to the branch breaking. Probably not worth the headache unless you are mastering the branch in question. |
