Definition of Done and Ready

Done means every task under the User Story has been completed and any work created is attached to the User Story, so the Product Owner can review it and make sure it meets his or her expectations. That is:
- Pass acceptance criteria
- Pass test
- Pass code peer review
- Available on Heroku
- Evidence portfolio updated
Applies on Product Backlog items once the refinement is done by the scrum team. An item is 'Ready' when it can be built and 'Done' for the next sprint.
